ARGUMENT OF THE ISSUE AND DOCUMENTARY

contest theme is "the feat of crossing the Alps BY JORGE CHAVEZ"
The arguments of the stories can be short or documentary film not unbecoming fictions in both historical realism feat.

PARTICIPATION FORMAT

The cartoons submitted must be your own creation. Only those submitted will compete for this event.
may use a comic style or approach to their choice. For example, it is valid if the competitor uses the style of one of the authors of the manga (Japanese comics).
The cartoons submitted must be in black and white (grayscale), the technique we use is free (Down, liquid ink, vector drawing etc.).
The comic contestant must be carried out in 4 pages and be presented in A3 digital prints and a CD containing the same files in psd format at 300 resolution image.
Pages should be numbered and should not appear in them the name or any personal data of the authors. At the back of each page should only be the pseudonym of the participants.





REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION IS FREE and will take place from May 3 to August 23 at the following addresses:
Ø Aerospace Institute for Historical Studies Peru (Miraflores: Av Dos de Mayo 161, height block 52 of Av Arequipa) Monday through Friday from 8 am to 1 pm Workshop
Ø Double C Cartoon Studios (Jesus Maria: Av Arnaldo Marquez 1318 Gallery Santa Maria - Stand 212) Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 8 pm.
The inscription includes the time when the participant delivers on its work and fill your registration form which contains personal data and pseudonyms of the participants. Participants must present their identity card on registration.
In case of group participation should be specified in the credit application form that corresponds to each director (script, sketch, etc.).
If participants wish to register more than one job, they must use a different pseudonym for each and complete a new registration form for each additional work that arises.
Registration for participants from inside the country shall be the mailing of an envelope containing the comic strip and an additional sheet of personal data (name, pseudonym, address, telephone number, ID number and email)
Postal consignments should be directed to Kitty Reyes Campos and address: Jiron Vizcardo and Guzmán 300 urbanization. San Augustine - Comas. The latest date for Postal remission is 23 August.
Entry in the contest does not involve the loss of copyright for participants on the works presented

OF AWARDS, PUBLICATION AND SAMPLE
The awards will take place on Monday September 20, 2010, in opening of the XII International Congress of Aviation History.
Cultural Fund of the Swiss Embassy publication edited compilation of the best works of the competition, which will be presented at the awards ceremony and will present promotional contest results.
The sample of the best works of the competition will open on Oct. 18 at the Hall of Peruvian-Japanese Cultural Center, in the III INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF COMIC WORLD VIGNETTE. It also screened at festivals its replacement cartoon interior.

"Carlos Ulloa Chavez is a committed educator with a strong reaffirmation of the thinking of regional identity as a good creator comics medium is a banner that stands proud for this cause.
