Santander: The Adventure of considering ourselves

This seminar will give opening celebration of 63 years academic and cultural life of the Universidad Industrial de Santander, commemoration, culminating on April 1. For his part, Santander Seminar adventure of thinking is a meeting of researchers and scholars of the region's development, from various disciplines who reflect on how the Department has built its history, about our way of being and being in the world, coordinated by Cultural Department. The activity will take place next March 25 in the lounge Ant Bucaro UIS Headquarters from 2:30 pm. The day ends with the presentation of the latest edition of the journal Santander.

Literature Award competitions UIS

March 31 Cultural Department held the awards ceremony for the winners of the Literature Contests UIS in the ways of story book and book of poetry, and the presentation of each work. The event will take place at Headquarters UIS Bucharest, starting at 4 pm, with the assistance of the jurors respective directives of the University and the winners, Andrés Mauricio Muñoz, short stories, and Felipe García Quintero, in poetry.

National Literature Meeting

With the presence of renowned national writers like Luis Fernando Macías, Lucia Estrada, Fernando Cruz Kronfly, José Zuleta Ortiz and Roberto Burgos Cantor, National Meeting will be held in Literature, in which poets and writers discussed various topics about literature in Colombia.
